…despite the fact that I have a Schengen Visa.
I stayed in Hungary for a month for an exchange program through AIESEC. I stayed in Hungary and did not visit other countries (except Slovakia). A lot of people have been asking me why I haven’t gone around the continent. Most people think that once you get the visa, you’ve got it made, but there are other factors that dictate travel choices. I’ve listed my own reasons below.
I completely lack foresight.
Right now, I just want to cry.
Now how do I tell everyone else?
Y U SO EXPENSIVAAAAHHH!!!????
WHAT AM I DOING IN TUMBLR??? @___@ hahahaha.
My life is thesis thesis thesis. Earlier, I overheard a freshman saying he’s so busy with acads.
I wanted to rip his head off.
They started planting sunflowers today. It made me panic.
I’m so glad the whole batch is supportive of each other. I have a lot of people to get cranky with.
do you ever get like random bursts of wanting to do something productive like HEY IM GUNNA WRITE A BOOK or IM GUNNA DRAW SOMETHING YEAH but then after like five minutes you realise you cant do either and go back to doing nothing at all
OR… you can go on the internet, search for how-to-draw videos,
OR… you can go to fictionpress and write a short story.
OR… you can stop making excuses and go ahead and learn things, then man up and post them online so people can say good or bad things about them… or they could say nothing at all, which is worse. But at least you tried, yeah?
If you want to do something, and you have the resources to do so, THEN DO IT!
31 July 2012
I’ve got two exams coming up… no, wait, make that three.
Lots of things to do!!! Aside from academic stuff, I have a lens that needs to be fixed (it won’t focus dammit!) and an in-house squabble to referee and… and… architectural programming!
I hate this feeling. It’s like I know I’ve got tons of stuff to do but I don’t know where to start. I made a list, but I lost it somewhere because I had a difficult time prioritizing (and I probably threw it away while cleaning; I do that a lot).
And Papa is coming tomorrow, but I don’t know if I have time to spend with him because he has bad timing (seriously… love you Pa!), and I have to go to Tanay to get maps and shit.
Sigh. Sabad ah! Bugtaw na bala!
28 July 2012
The first submission has finished.
The first session with the fabulous adviser (and adviser-mate Hazel) has set the bar higher for me with this thesis madness. The expectations were lined up and the pressure is on. It’s making me feel like ohmygahdanobatongpinasokkong...
I feel excited though.
I drew a rose today.
I kinda lost a little respect for you.
I don’t want to live with you anymore. The way you run a household is not healthy or practical at all.
BTW, I’m doing you a favor by letting the dog eat leftovers. Letting yourself (or the servants) eat “ref food” is very unhealthy.
And I know you’ll tell the whole world. Don’t worry. I’ll be out of your hair as soon as I can.

The unknown dates are the worst ones.
Thank you Lord, for making me more tolerant to stress. Please grant me more strength to battle laziness (ugh). As a role model of mine said, my number one enemy is procrastination.
Dear official event photographers,
I know you’re just doing your job, and I know that you want to get really good shots of the performers, but please SIT YOUR ASSES DOWN AND TRY NOT TO BLOCK THE AUDIENCE’S VIEW.
PS. with a thrust stage like the one UP Fair has, the audience occupies all sides, including the left and the right ones.
…but I can’t draw when I’m stressed. It’s been a while.
Noisy rainy day
Dear loud English-is-my-default-language Filipinos,
I won’t call you conyo because that’s offensive. I will set my nationalism aside for a while because hey, not all English-speaking people are conyo and not all conyos speak good English. And who am I to judge you if you prefer English to your mother tongue?
But if you’re going to talk to each other in a public space, like a coffee shop or the isawan, please don’t talk too loud. Nobody cares about your day, or who’s been a bitch to you, or how sosyal you look with your cup of latte in one hand and iPhone on the other.
I’m not saying that loud non-English-speaking Filipinos aren’t annoying too. Your loudness is just more overbearing, and you sound way more pretentious.
Don’t even pretend you’re Fil-Am or Fil-whatever. Your school uniform says otherwise.
As soon as I can.
